Ingredients
- 2 carrots peeled and roughly chopped
- 1.5 cups raw walnuts
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 cup organic oatmeal
- 1 tsp sea salt
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 10 medjool dates (pits removed)
- ¾ cup shredded coconut
- ¼ cup shredded coconut (reserved for rolling the ball)
Instructions
- 1. Put all the ingredients in the food processor. Blend all your ingredients together until a thick paste forms.
- 2. Roll into balls, roll in shredded coconut and eat them! They taste good either at room temperature or cold from the fridge as well, whichever you prefer.
