MEET SOSAN
My grandmother’s battle with diabetes and its tragic outcome was the catalyst for my passion in health and wellness. As a Health Habit Coach, former Dietitian, and Certified Diabetes Educator, I understand the struggles of managing chronic diseases. My mission is to empower women over 45 to prevent type 2 diabetes and achieve optimal health through reversing insulin resistance, building lasting habits, and cutting through the noise.
I discovered the power of functional medicine and mindset coaching after 20 years as a registered dietitian and 15 years as a certified diabetes educator, and have seen the amazing transformations in my clients when we focus on root causes and daily habits. However, as a busy mom of 2, I realized that my private practice was leaving me burned out and overwhelmed. So, I pivoted to the online world and became a Wellness and Habit Coach to make a greater impact without sacrificing personal freedom and family life.
I understand the importance of balancing family, work and personal life, and how hard it can be to make time for yourself. That’s why my program and support system is designed to be flexible and adaptable to your unique needs and schedule. I believe that by addressing the root causes of health issues and focusing on building simple habits, we can make permanent changes.
